Liam celebrated his 5th birthday on 3 February by camping with his best mate Aaron as their alter egos, Batman and Spiderman, at Honeymoon Bay near Currarong, New South Wales then partying in his grandparents backyard with lots of groovy games arranged by his creative Mom.

The Way Our Family's Life Should Be... In a Sunburnt Country for Christmas

Having flown from Dublin to Sydney via Abu Dhabi, we happily reunited with Gill, Neil, Helen, Richard, Aaron and Lara in Australia. We needed the family, the antipodean weather, the tins of the amber nectar, the flat whites and the Tasman Sea. These pictures were taken in New South Wales at Shellharbour, Stanwell Tops and Richard and Helen's home/refuge in Shell Cove. And who would have thought such a relaxing life can be had amongst a host of the world's most venemous creatures. Australia is a magnificent natural resource. Beer and wine are tasty too.
